This is a most delicious savory combination of 3 naturally flavored Pacific Sea Salts. I have blended Roasted Garlic, Sweet Toasted Onion and Sun-Dried Tomato together to create an aromatic and delectable taste for an array of culinary applications. Sprinkle on your favorite Italian dish, on top of a dollop of sour cream and cheese on your favorite chili, as a compliment to olive oil for a bread dipper, sprinkled on top of crusty bread brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan or gorgonzola before broiling, as a dry rub for meat or Portobello mushrooms for the BBQ or broiler, sprinkled on vegetables before grilling or broiling.
