"Pan Pacific Seasoning & Rub" is a delicious combination of flavors familiar to the Pan Pacific region/Japan. A savory blend of ginger garlic, onion, Himalayan Pink Salt, natural Alder wood smoke flavor, honey granules, smoked black pepper and lemon essence. It is a very special custom blend I created to help raise funds for ALS Awareness Month which is May. For the entire month of May I will donate 50% of the proceeds from this blend to the National ALS Foundation. I lost my father to ALS a few years ago at the early age of 62. It is currently an incurable and always fatal disease. I truly appreciate your contribution to this cause which is very personal to me and sadly, a number of my friends.
This blend is delicious on salmon, chicken, pork, beef and vegetables. Sprinkle on before grilling or broiling and rub into the meat. Can also be blended with a bit of soy sauce for a special dip or marinade.
