This is my "CALICO" Custom Gourmet Salt Blend that I created in honor of all calico cats and as a way to help out the Humane Society. I will be donating 20% of all sales of this blend to the Humane Society on behalf of the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee and my friend's kitty, Wylla who had a health condition that has since been put into remisson thanks to amazing love and care! This blend combines Red Hawaiian Sea Salt which contains trace minerals and iron oxide rich red clay, Black Hawaiian Sea Salt which contains activated charcoal and trace minerals, Himalayan Pink Salt which contains 84 trace minerals and a bit of Alderwood Naturally Smoked Sea Salt. It has a rich salt flavor with a hint of natural smoked flavor. A little bit of this blend goes a long ways. It is perfect for grilling and roasting all types of meats and vegetables. Also, try sprinkling on butter blended with herbs as a spread. YUM! It is delicious as well as beautiful.
The glass jar featured in the photos is 3.75oz by volume and has rounded corners and tiny little feet on the bottom corners. It is easily stackable and stored. Labeled for ease of use. There is a detailed description and suggested uses card that comes with it. This would make a great gift for you or for family and friends. Beautiful artisan salt beautifully packaged. The lid will cling to a magnetic surface. Be sure to fully tighten it so it is secure and airtight.
This blend can be ordered in a variety of sizes. The resealable bags are filled by weight and the glass containers are listed by volume. Refill bags/pouches are filled as the refill for the container specified. Generally the ingredients weigh more than the volume so weights will vary by product.
