Activated Charcoal Powder Face & Skin Mask is packaged in 3 different sizes and 2 different types of packages. All packages are filled by weight and listed by their volume. 4 oz/half cup, 8 oz/full cup and a 9 oz glass jar. Recommended amount for an average face mask is 1 teaspoon of powder to one teaspoon of water.
Activated Charcoal Powder:
Activated Charcoal is a detoxifier for all skin types. Can be to treat insect bites by mixing 1 teaspoon activated charcoal, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon water. Mix until smooth and apply paste to affected area. When using as a facial mask, it can be drying. Blend with pure honey for a softer smoother feel to your skin. ½ teaspoon of pure honey to 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal paste.
To Use:
Simply mix in a ceramic or glass bowl with equal parts water. 1 teaspoon powder to 1 teaspoon water. Stir until a smooth paste is formed. Apply a thin layer to face or affected areas of the skin. Allow to dry completely. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Avoid contact with mouth and eyes. This is a very fine powder created when coconut shells are heated at an extremely high temperature to achieve activated charcoal status. This is the highest quality activated charcoal available at an affordable price.
